The specific application steps are clear and straightforward: First, based on the cleaning bath volume, foam severity, and specific process conditions (e.g., temperature, acid concentration), a trial is recommended starting at an addition ratio of 0.1% to 0.5%. Second, under agitation, the defoamer should be slowly added to the working cleaning solution to ensure uniform dispersion. For foam generated during continuous production, it can also be continuously supplemented via drip feed or metering pumps to maintain long-term foam inhibition.
