An automotive coating manufacturer experienced settling issues with general dispersants. After switching to Chemi Tech KMK-208 dispersant and using a three-roll mill for dispersion, the carbon black particle size was controlled within 200 nanometers, storage stability exceeded 12 months, and blackness value improved significantly.
