Polyvinyl Alcohol Glue Defoamer - Chemi Tech's Effective Solution

Foam formation during the production and application of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) glue often leads to inconsistent product quality, poor adhesion, packaging leaks, and reduced equipment efficiency. Many conventional defoamers offer temporary relief or adversely affect glue properties.  

Chemi Tech has developed a specialized defoamer for PVA glue that targets these challenges. It works at the molecular level to quickly collapse surface foam and suppress further foam generation without compromising the transparency or viscosity of the adhesive. Our three-step approach includes: first, adding 0.1%-0.3% of the defoamer during raw material mixing; second, maintaining continuous action during agitation to prevent foam buildup; and third, ensuring long-term foam inhibition in the final product during end-use applications.
