These dispersants adsorb onto particle surfaces via anchoring groups and extend hydrophilic chains into the aqueous phase, creating steric hindrance and electrostatic stabilization to effectively separate particles and achieve long-term homogeneous dispersion.
Our solution follows a four-step process: First, problem diagnosis and sample analysis to identify particle type, size distribution, and system environment. Second, dispersant selection and small-scale testing. Third, process optimization including addition sequence, mixing speed, and duration. Fourth, stability and performance evaluation through storage tests, thermal aging, and application tracking.
A coating company faced dispersion stability issues in producing black paste, with significant sedimentation after one week of storage and difficult redispersion.
