Cratering and poor adhesion (>20% defect rate) in ABS/PC plastic spraying stem from low surface energy (<35 dyne/cm). Chemi Tech's fluorocarbon-modified wetting agent delivers breakthroughs:

Ultra-low surface tension: Perfluoroalkyl ether chains (-CF₂CF₂O-) reduce tension to 22mN/m, contact angle from 85° to 15°；

Rapid migration: MW 3800±200 achieves full wetting in 5 seconds；

Case study:

A Shenzhen electronics plant faced dense craters (>30/cm²) and 2B adhesion on phone cases. With 0.4% KMB-510:
