In industrial production, failed foam control leads to lower equipment efficiency, unstable product quality and higher costs. Conventional imported defoamers such as MUNZING Foam Ban MS-575 perform well but bring pain points including long supply cycles and high costs. To meet these market needs, Chemi Tech has launched a professional alternative plan that provides more stable supply support without compromising production efficiency.

The solution follows three steps. First, laboratory simulation of the customer's actual production environment analyzes foam and matches the compatibility and performance of Chemi Tech's self-developed KMT-657. Second, small-scale trial production runs in comparison, monitoring defoaming speed, durability and impact on system transparency. Finally, batch substitution is completed with full technical support.

An electronic adhesive manufacturer once faced an MS-575 stock-out crisis, with foam overflow on the line causing craters in the product. After adopting Chemi Tech KMT-657 at 0.15%–0.3%, foam residue problems were eliminated and product stability during high-temperature curing improved. The customer has purchased twelve consecutive batches, with the finished product pass rate maintained above 99.2%.

Chemi Tech defoamers use organo-modified silicone technology, suiting high-temperature and high-pressure environments such as resin synthesis and adhesive manufacturing, and are compatible with epoxy, polyurethane and other chemical media. We provide free sample testing and technical documentation to help enterprises build a more resilient supply chain.
