Chemi Tech Launches Innovative Oil-Based Defoamer to Enhance Industrial Production Efficiency

Recently, Chemi Tech officially launched its new generation of oil-based defoamer products. Developed with proprietary formulation technology, this product aims to address efficiency losses caused by excessive foam in industrial processes.

According to the R&D team, this oil-based defoamer is suitable for oil-based systems such as lubricants, synthetic resins, and adhesives. It rapidly eliminates existing foam and suppresses further foam formation. In simulated production environment tests, the product demonstrated excellent compatibility and durability, preventing equipment idling, material waste, and production interruptions caused by foam.  

A technician involved in testing noted that the defoamer maintains stability even under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, supporting continuous production processes effectively. The product is currently available for sample trials to clients across multiple industrial sectors.
