Chemi Tech Papermaking Dispersant Successfully Applied in Southern Paper Project, Enhancing Product Uniformity

Recently, the papermaking dispersant product from Chemi Tech achieved successful application on the production line of a paper enterprise in Southern China. After three months of testing and, the project delivered significant results in improving the uniformity of the finished paper.

It is reported that the paper company faced issues with subtle surface defects caused by uneven fiber distribution during the production of specific grammage cultural paper, which affected the overall consistency and subsequent processability of the product. Upon receiving the request, Chemi Tech's technical team conducted an in-depth analysis at the production site, examining the pulp ratio, mixing process, and existing additive system. Based on the analysis, the team recommended its specially developed KMK-320 series papermaking dispersant.

The core function of this dispersant is to optimize the suspension state of fibers, promoting their even distribution within the pulp-water system. During the one-month preliminary trial period, production line personnel worked closely with the technical team, making several fine adjustments to the addition points and dosage based on real-time feedback. Upon entering the stable application phase, both visual observation and data testing showed visible improvement in the uniformity of fiber distribution in the paper. The paper surface became finer, and previous cloud-like unevenness was largely eliminated. The enterprise's quality inspection department reported increased stability in the physical indicators of the finished paper.

The project leader stated that this cooperation not only addressed specific production challenges but also verified the adaptability and reliability of Chemi Tech's products under complex process conditions.
