Solutions include:
Reinforced Molecular Design: Polyether-siloxane networks withstand >50,000 rpm shear;
High-Temperature Base: PDMS carrier (viscosity >10,000 mPa·s) maintains stability at 120°C;
Self-Emulsifying System: Non-ionic emulsifiers prevent oil spots.
For titanium alloy grinding under 25-bar coolant pressure:
Foam height stabilized at <2 cm (previously >15 cm);
Surface roughness Ra improved from 0.8 μm to 0.2 μm;
Coolant replacement cycles extended from 7 to 21 days.
